چکیده
For a 2016 article on immigration detention in Canada, I co-created composite case study named Amir . At the end of writing, left him indefinitely incarcerated. This provides an opportunity both to suggest more ethical ways research detention, and query White scholarly acquiescence anti-Black racism build-up systems. To spring , slide series four, interrelated doors: (1) discretionary release; (2) writ habeas corpus; (3) anti-Black, anti-Muslim, anti-refugee discrimination Canada; (4) abolition detention. conclude with reflection promising methodological directions leading toward new horizon immigrant racial justice.
